GIRLS PROGRAM
In partnership with Prospect Lake Soccer Club:
The Pre-Competitive Pathway U13 team, in collaboration with PLSC, is committed to developing the essential physical, mental, technical, and tactical skills required for success at higher levels of competition.
Players will engage in advanced individual and team skill development within a high-performance training environment. All sessions are designed in alignment with Canada Soccer’s Grassroots standards, ensuring a consistent and progressive development experience.

TRAINING BLOCK 1: SEPTEMBER 2025 – DECEMBER 2025
- 2 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)
- 60-75 mins training sessions (MON/WED)
- St Andrews Regional High School – 880 McKenzie Ave, Victoria
- 3rd session per week (Skill Centre @UVIC location)
- Participation in a LISA Development League – Saturday Games

- Program fee: $360 (excludes Whitecaps Prospects)
