U13 PRE-COMPETITIVE PATHWAY
The U13 Pre-Competitive Pathway program initiative is designed to help players develop the essential physical, mental, technical, and tactical skills necessary for higher levels of competition, beginning at U14. Our focus is on advanced individual and team skill development within a high-performance training environment, following the Canada Soccer Skill Centre Standards
At the U14 level, players will transition to the WIA in-club Competitive Pathway Program, which we deliver in partnership with the Whitecaps’ Vancouver Island Academy Centre. This program is aimed at supporting players who aspire to compete at the collegiate level and beyond.
WIA teams are coached by highly qualified Canada Soccer Children’s License, A-License, Youth License, and C-License coaches.
