Girl’s Program

Our Girls U10 Foundation Program is designed to build essential skills across the four pillars of development: technical, tactical, psychosocial, and physical. Players will train twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays), with game opportunities provided throughout the season to support learning and growth in a fun, challenging environment.

TRAINING BLOCK 1: SEPTEMBER 2025 – DECEMBER 2025

• 2 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)
  • 60-75 mins training sessions (Mon/Wed)
  • St Andrews Regional High School – 880 McKenzie Ave, Victoria
• 3rd session per week (Skill Centre @UVIC  location)
• Participation in a  LISA Development League – Saturday Games

Players who cannot make it to St Andrews can train at the UVic or Westhills Skill Centres.

• Program fee: $360 (excludes Whitecaps Prospects)
• League Fee: $180
• GST $27
• Does not include Vancouver Island Prospects Academy
