Victoria Day Cup
“Best of the Best”
BC Soccer Sanctioned Tournament
May 16-18, 2026
The Victoria Day Cup is a competitive tournament hosted by Westcastle International Academy for U14-U21 Boys and Girls, in the beautiful cities of Victoria and Langford on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
Games will be played on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, between 9 am and 4 pm. Teams must check in 2 hours before their first kickoff.
Ages:
- Girls: U14 – U16 (2010 – 2013)
- Boys: U14 – U21 (2005 – 2013)
Level: Competitive – “Best of the Best” – BCSPL and A-Cup Teams
Games will be played:
- Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Teams must check in 2 hours before their first kickoff.
Eligibility
- Open to teams properly affiliated with BC Soccer or other Provincial Associations
- Out-of-province teams must provide approved travel documents
- Only properly registered players in good standing may participate
Age Groups:
- U14 (Born 2012 – 2013) – Girls and Boys
- U15 (2011) – Girls and Boys
- U16 (2010) – Boys
- U17 (2009) – Boys
- U18 – U21 (2008–2005) – Boys
Format:
- 3 round-robin games
- 4th game:
- #1 vs #2 (Final)
- #3 vs #4
- All teams are guaranteed 4 games
- Age groups may be combined where necessary
Game Length
- U14 – U21: 2 x 30 minutes (11v11)

- Layritz Turf
- Finlayson Turf
- CML and Starlight Stadium
Registration Information
- Registration Opens: January 19, 2026
- Registration Deadline: April 30, 2026
- Schedule Release: May 10, 2026
Fees:
- U14–U17: $850
- U18–U21: $950
Late Registration (after April 25, until May 10):
- U14–U17: $900
- U18–U21: $1000
Refund Policy
- Refunds available until April 18, subject to a $100 administration fee
- No refunds after April 18
Cancellation Policy
If the tournament is cancelled:
- 100% credit – No games played
- 60% refund – 1 game played
- 30% refund – 2 games played
WIA will make every effort to reschedule games, with priority given to travelling teams. Player safety and facility availability will guide all decisions. WIA is not responsible for costs incurred by travelling teams.
