2025/2026: PLAYERS BORN 2013
The U13 Program represents a key step in the player pathway, bridging the Skill Centre phase and the competitive stage of the game.
Aligned with Canada Soccer’s Grassroots Standards, this program provides a development-focused environment where players continue to strengthen their technical foundation, tactical understanding, and physical literacy.
The focus remains on long-term player growth, not short-term results, as athletes prepare for higher levels of play.
Players train in a supportive, team-based setting that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and confidence on and off the ball. Team formation and roster assignments are based on developmental needs, ensuring players are consistently challenged at the right level.
Training is led by experienced, licensed coaches who design sessions that promote creativity, game intelligence, and a passion for continual improvement, helping each player reach their full potential as they enter the next stage of their soccer journey.
Training Block 1:
Fall –Â September 2, 2025 – December 12, 2025
- Training session locations – St Andrews, CML, UVic
- 3 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)
- Goalie-specific training Mondays @ St Andrews
- Optional 4th training session: Vancouver Island Prospects Academy delivered in partnership with Whitecaps FC
Training Block 2:
Winter –Â January 5, 2026 – March 13, 2026
- Training session locations – St Andrews, CML, UVic
- 3 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)
- Goalie-specific training Mondays @ St Andrews
- Optional 4th training session: Vancouver Island Prospects Academy delivered in partnership with Whitecaps FC
Training Block 3:
Spring –Â April 6, 2026 – May 30, 2026
(This block is optional with an additional $600 fee)
- Training session locations – St Andrews, CML, UVic
- 2 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)
- Optional 4th training session: Vancouver Island Prospects Academy delivered in partnership with Whitecaps FC

2025/2026 season Program fee (Blocks 1-3): $1501.50

- League fee: $180
- GST: Â $71.05
