Girl’s Program

In partnership with Prospect Lake Soccer Club,
this program supports the growth of both female athletes and coaches.
Led by women, for girls aged U10–U13, the Skill Centre offers a high-quality,
supportive environment focused on long-term development and a clear pathway forward.
It’s more than just training — it’s about building the future of the female game.

OVERVIEW

The Skill Centre Girls’ Program will compete in the LISA Girls U10/11, U12 AND U13 Developmental League, which aligns with Canada Soccer’s requirements for Skill Centres. WIA employs a flexible roster system, forming teams on a weekly basis based on competition needs and individual player development.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

TRAINING BLOCK 1: SEPTEMBER 2025 – DECEMBER 2025

2 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)
- 60-75 mins training sessions
- St Andrews Regional High School – 880 McKenzie Ave, Victoria
3rd session @UVIC Skill Centre
Participation in a LISA Development League – Saturday Games

TRAINING BLOCK 2: JANUARY 2026 – MARCH 2026

2 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)

Players who cannot make it to St Andrews can train at the UVic or Westhills Skill Centres.
