Our U14–U17 Competitive Pathway follows the Canada Soccer LTPD model and BC Soccer’s player development framework, giving motivated players a clear path to reach their full potential.
The program helps players grow as both people and athletes through purposeful, age-appropriate training and competition.
Through this pathway, participants engage in high-quality technical, tactical, physical, and mental preparation, benefit from meaningful competition experiences, and gain exposure to identification opportunities.
Our goal is to guide young athletes toward higher levels of play while keeping the joy of the game, teamwork, and personal growth at the heart of everything we do.
