The roster is built by pulling players from the WIA Skill Centre program. The team competes against other Lower Island Soccer Association clubs.

Training Block 1: August – December 2022
- Training session locations – UVIC
- 2 Training sessions per week (Technical and SSG incorporated)
- 75 mins training sessions
- 1 Multi-Sport session or Psychosocial activity per week
- 2-4 competitive LISA exhibition games per month
- Participation in a LISA Active Start Festival
- 1 Skill Centre Festival (October 2022)
- NOTE: UVIC session times are 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
