U18 COMPETITIVE PATHWAY PROGRAM

The U18 Competitive Pathway program runs from September 2024 to June 2025 and mirrors the same standards as the Player Development Program (BCSPL).
The program is designed for players who aspire to play collegiate soccer. It offers weekly training sessions in an energetic and inspiring environment, alongside an educational curriculum focused on securing scholarships and facilitating the transition to college.
The team will compete for the Provincial A-Cup.
Program Schedule: August 2024 to June 2025
Training Block 1: August – December 12, 2024
Training Block 2: January 7 – March 13, 2025
Training Block 3: April 8 – June 19, 2025
- 2 sessions per week
- 2 Technical and Tactical Training sessions per week
- 75-90 mins training sessions
- Locations: CML TURF
- Training days: Tuesday and Thursday
- 1 session per week
- Strength and Conditioning Program (10-week Program)
- 2 Technical and Tactical Training sessions per week
- Whitecaps FC: Caps to College Program (20-week Program – highly recommended)
- Advanced individual technical habits and tactical principles
- Physical Preparation
- Matchplay and Whitecaps Caps to College Showcase
- Educational Workshops
- Creating player profiles, CVs and recruitment videos
- 1x League game per week
Program fees:
WIA Fees: $1,960 (Includes GST, base kit and League fee)
Additional Fees:
- Training Jacket: $75
- Caps to College $790 plus taxes and fees
