SPRING SELECTS U13
Pre-Competitive Pathway (Born 2011)

Westcastle International Academy is excited to offer a specialized spring development program designed to support U13 players (born 2011) seeking a competitive pathway.

The Canada Soccer Pathway provides a roadmap for players of all ages and aspirations who want to play soccer at the Recreational, Competitive or high-performance EXCEL levels, to encourage lifelong participation. The Pathway is built around the principles of Long-Term Player Development (LTPD).

WIA will offer the Competitive Pathway in the 2024 season at the U14 group. The primary focus of the Competitive Pathway is to develop and support players, not in the BCSPL who wish to pursue competitive soccer training at the same standards as BCSPL.

The Selects U13 program is a standards-based development program for committed girls and boys who are currently playing at the gold level and wish to play at the next level – BC Soccer A Cup at U14 in 2025.

This program is open to players who have participated in the LISA development league on a Gold team only.
